Accuracy: AI systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate, incorrect, offensive, or misleading information (“hallucinations”). Generated Content is provided for informational and creative purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

Code & Functionality: The Service may generate interactive software elements or code. We do not warrant that such code will be secure, bug-free, or function as intended. You assume all risks associated with running, executing, or interacting with AI-generated interfaces.

Ownership of Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the rights to Generated Content created by your prompts. You acknowledge, however, that AI systems may generate identical or similar output for other users, and you have no exclusive claim over such similar outputs.

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others.

Share illegal, harmful, exploitative, or abusive content.

Malicious Use of AI: Use AI features to generate malware, viruses, phishing interfaces, deceptive web pages, or code intended to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.

Security Abuse: Use the Service to scrape data, harvest credentials, track users without consent, execute unauthorized scripts, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt to bypass sandboxing, isolation, or security controls.

Jailbreaking: Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent safety filters, content moderation systems, or usage restrictions.

Export Controls: Use the Service in violation of U.S. export laws or sanctions.

Impersonate another person or entity.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Remove or restrict access to content (including User Content and Generated Content).

Suspend or terminate accounts.

Take any action we deem necessary to enforce these Terms or comply with legal obligations.

A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

A description of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Service;

Your contact information;

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;

Your physical or electronic signature.

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;

Content (including AI-generated content and interactive UIs) will be secure, accurate, or not lost;

The Service will meet your expectations or requirements.

Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at the email provided below.

Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Exceptions: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring individual actions in small claims court if the claims qualify.

Class Action Waiver: You and TradingFlow Inc. agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TradingFlow Inc. regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
